For our office in Cologne or Munich, we are currently looking for a Director (m/f/d) Life Insurance Capital & Reinsurance Advisory (EMEA) with preference for experience in the German market) to join our team as soon as possible.
We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially minded Director to support the growth of our Life Insurance Advisory and Reinsurance business across EMEA. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and strengthening relationships with C-suite executive and senior client leadership, identifying and originating capital management opportunities, advising clients on strategic capital optimization solutions, and supporting the placement and execution of reinsurance transactions.
This role sits at the intersection of strategic advisory, capital management consulting, and reinsurance broking, requiring strong technical understanding, commercial acumen, and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
