Development and implementation of EHS programs to promote occupational safety, health and environmental protection measures.

Planning and conducting internal audits to assess compliance with occupational safety, health and environmental standards.

Organization and delivery of training sessions on occupational safety, health and environmental protection topics.

Coordination and collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, including authorities and certification bodies.

Supporting compliance with relevant EHS regulations and international standards such as ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.

Review and optimization of emergency and crisis management processes as well as ensuring operational readiness.

Integration of ESG requirements into EHS processes and regular reporting on relevant KPIs and progress.

Completed university degree, ideally in Environmental Management, Safety Engineering or a comparable field, or completed vocational training combined with relevant professional experience.

At least 3–5 years of experience in Environmental, Health & Safety Management, preferably within a manufacturing company.

Strong knowledge of legal requirements and standards related to occupational safety, health protection and environmental management.

Experience in conducting audits and working with certifications (e.g. ISO 14001, ISO 45001).

Very good German and English language skills, both written and spoken (C1/C2 level).

Chinese language skills would be considered a strong advantage.
