As a Lithography Equipment Engineer, (f/m/div), you will be responsible for the technical performance of highly complex lithography equipment in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Leveraging your expertise, you will ensure maximum equipment availability, process stability, and continuous improvement within a state-of-the-art production setting.
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

Take ownership of the maintenance, repair, and optimization of advanced lithography equipment to ensure high equipment availability

Lead the commissioning and qualification of new equipment and provide technical support throughout its lifecycle

Conduct systematic root cause analyses and implement sustainable solutions to improve throughput, stability, and overall equipment performance

Drive continuous efficiency improvements and cost reductions through the optimization and simplification of maintenance processes

Collaborate closely with OEM support teams, manufacturers, and external suppliers to resolve complex technical challenges

Develop and maintain maintenance procedures, analyze relevant KPIs, and plan and deliver technical training programs

Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field

Qualification as a certified Electrical Skilled Person ("EFK – Elektrofachkraft")

Several years of experience working with high-tech manufacturing equipment, ideally in the semiconductor industry

Proven expertise in troubleshooting, equipment optimization, and sustainable problem-solving

Experience in maintenance, equipment qualification, and continuous improvement initiatives

Strong ability to work with KPIs, technical data, and analytical tools

Very good German and English language skills (written and spoken)
