Title: Technical Project Lead — Smart Factory & Operational Digitalization
Location: Hybrid (Germany / Remote)

About the Role
We are looking for a Technical Project Lead to manage the end-to-end delivery of industrial digitalization projects. You will act as the key link between corporate leadership (CFOs / Global Managers) and software engineering teams, ensuring agile delivery while maintaining strict compliance and measurable business value.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions and technical process mapping for manufacturing facilities.
- Manage weekly sprint backlogs and define clear user stories for paperless shop floor solutions.
- Track project KPIs, timeline caps, and ROI metrics for client leadership.
- Proactively manage compliance requirements (GDPR & Works Council considerations).
Requirements & Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience managing technical projects in industrial IT or software consulting.
- Deep experience in agile delivery frameworks (Scrum/Kanban) and sprint-based scoping.
- Excellent communication skills bridging technical developers and business executives.
- Fluent in English and German.
