Claimster LTD is hiring a Sales Representative to support customers at the airport. In this role, you will communicate with travelers, explain available assistance services, and help them submit the required information when needed.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers in a professional and respectful manner
- Explain available services clearly and answer questions
- Assist customers with completing requests or forms
- Record customer interactions accurately
- Maintain a professional appearance and follow company guidelines
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Confident and proactive approach to customer interaction
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- English & German language required
