- Market analysis and development
- Preparation of short/medium/long term sales strategy
- Preparation and follow up of sales budget
- Sales plan creation and follow up
- Visiting customers
- Sales of spare parts and services through consulting, customer support, new customer acquisition and cold calling
- Key account management
- Customer support
- Technical and commercial equipment in the range of services
- Negotiation with customers
- Controlling and checking order processing according to quality, cost and deadline criteria
- Continuous internal and external coordination and communication
- Ensuring and effective tracking of incoming payments by the customer/client
Mandatory
- Technical education (High School Diploma, Bachelor or Master Degree)
- 6-10 years of professional experience in rolling technology or ferrous/nonferrous metal production/processing or mechanical engineering
- Reading technical drawings
- Understanding working principles of mechanical machines, assemblies and parts
- Commercial basics
- IT knowledge: Microsoft Office,
Big Plus
- Longer technical and/or commercial professional experiences in long products rolling technology or ferrous/nonferrous metal production/processing
- Both technical and commercial knowledge/experience
- SAP S4/HANA knowledge
