The role
Our Operations team in Germany is looking for a Customer Care Specialist to support our growing customer base. In this role, you will help customers with their questions, guide them through charging-related issues, and make sure they have the best possible experience with our EV charging stations. You will work closely with colleagues, service partners and external providers to solve cases efficiently and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Ideally, you will be based in our Berlin office, with the option to work hybrid.
Your responsibilities

You will be the first point of contact for customer care requests, mainly via our existing systems, and where needed through direct customer contact.

You will support customers with technical questions and charging-related issues, coordinating with internal teams or external technicians when needed.

You will provide administrative support for customer requests, complaints and follow-up actions.

In addition to your core customer care tasks, you may also support the team in day-to-day operations, in collecting operational information and in assisting with tenders where possible.

You are a true team player: service-minded, flexible and always willing to lend a hand. You enjoy working with customers and know how to stay calm and structured, even when several requests come in at the same time. Experience in back-office support, customer care or a similar service-oriented role would be a strong advantage, but above all we are looking for someone with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
