We are looking for you to join us as
IT Systems Administrator (m/w/d)
This is a hybrid position, split roughly evenly between network/infrastructure work and broader IT systems management. You'll need to be genuinely comfortable switching between hands-on technical work in the field and day-to-day systems/support responsibilities.
Network & Infrastructure (approx. 50%)
- Implement, deploy, and maintain our Cisco network infrastructure across all sites, ensuring reliable connectivity between headquarters and boutiques
- Provide hands-on technical support and infrastructure management directly in our boutiques (hardware, connectivity, cabling, on-site troubleshooting), with regular travel required
- Support the rollout of retail IT projects, from planning to on-site deployment
Implementation and maintenance of security systems (CCTV, safes, access control)

IT Systems & Support (approx. 50%)
- Oversee server and client systems (Windows, Office 365, SharePoint) and coordinate with external service providers to maintain high-quality technical standards
- First- and second-level support and service management for employee requests
- Administration of end devices and user lifecycle management (Asana, Jamf)
- Support for payment systems and the merchandise management system (CEGID Retail)
- Disaster recovery planning, backup management, and data recovery
Compliance with the Group's security and data protection regulations

What you need to succeed with us
- A college degree in IT or comparable IT training
- At least 3 years of professional experience in system administration, including solid hands-on experience with network infrastructure (Cisco)
- Comfortable moving between field-based technical work and remote/office-based systems management
- Willingness to travel regularly to boutique locations
- An analytical, solution-oriented work style, with the ability to set clear priorities autonomously
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical staff
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Enthusiasm for the retail environment
