C&A is seeking a seasoned Process Leader with SAP and fashion retail expertise to join our Fit for Future (F4F) Programme team and define standardised end‑to‑end retail processes.
The mission of the F4F programme is to modernize end‑to‑end (E2E) business processes and technology across Merchandising, Planning, Ordering/Allocation, Supply Chain, Finance, Sourcing, and Master Data.
The End‑to‑End Process Transformation & Governance Lead is accountable for establishing and embedding strong, enterprise‑wide E2E process governance. The role leads the definition of future‑state processes aligned to industry and SAP best practices and ensures they are consistently defined, owned, and documented across the organisation. Bringing deep industry and SAP expertise, this role works hands‑on with C&A process teams to drive clarity, standardisation, disciplined decision‑making, and timely execution.
