Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
Job responsibilities:
1. Inbound Management: Responsible for receiving and storing goods; verifying that the quantities and specifications on the supplier’s delivery documents match the actual shipment to ensure that inventory records match physical stock; promptly entering data into the system and completing the shelving and stacking of goods.
2. Daily Spot Checks: Responsible for conducting daily random spot checks of in-stock items to verify that inventory records match physical stock, analyzing the causes of discrepancies, and submitting reports; ensuring the real-time accuracy of inventory data. 3. Equipment Management: Responsible for the daily inspection and usage logging of warehouse equipment such as forklifts, hydraulic trucks, barcode scanners, and shelving; ensure warehouse equipment remains in good working order and eliminate safety hazards.
4. Supplier Communication: Responsible for communicating with suppliers regarding material procurement, placing purchase orders, and processing invoices through the payment workflow. Responsible for monthly settlement of expenses with labor and equipment suppliers (using a fixed template).
5. Data Analysis: Based on data from existing systems and on-site records, regularly generate daily reports, operational analyses, and efficiency analyses (using standard templates).
6. On-Site Management: Strictly enforce “5S” standards; plan warehouse layout to ensure clear storage locations, unobstructed aisles, and a tidy work environment; be responsible for warehouse safety measures, including fire prevention, moisture control, and theft prevention.
Job Requirements:
1.Bachelor degree or above, majoring in logistics, supply chain management, statistics and other related majors is preferred; fresh graduates are acceptable.
2.English/German as the working language, excel proficiency, strong data analysis ability and logic ability.
3.Excellent organizational and coordination skills, communication skills, execution and problem solving skills;
4. strong sense of responsibility and team spirit, hard-working, able to withstand strong work pressure.
