THE ROLE
As (Senior) Product Marketing Manager, you shape how osapiens' solutions are positioned, communicated, and adopted across industries. You translate complex product capabilities — spanning EUDR, Supplier Intelligence, Corporate Carbon Footprint, CMMS, and more — into compelling value stories that resonate with customers, partners, and prospects, helping organizations meet regulatory demands and grow sustainably with confidence.
You will build strong collaboration across Product, Engineering, Design, and Marketing Operations, shaping the cross-functional processes that connect product development with customer engagement. You bring clarity, coordination, and creativity into how new solutions launch — turning product value into dynamic go-to-market stories delivered through web experiences, campaigns, content, and sales enablement materials.
osapiens' product portfolio is broad and growing fast. This role requires someone who can operate across multiple products and go-to-market initiatives at once, without losing precision or momentum on any of them.
Go-to-Market Strategy & Positioning
- Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new products, features, and updates — driving awareness, engagement, and adoption.
- Build and maintain the core asset library: solution briefs, one-pagers, pitch narratives, battle cards, objection-handling guides, and sales enablement decks that articulates each product's value proposition for different audiences and buyer personas.
- Conduct market and competitive research to understand the landscape, identify customer needs, and keep positioning aligned with market demand.
Sales Enablement & Cross-Functional Alignment
- Equip the sales teams with the materials they need to articulate value to prospects with confidence.
- Act as the liaison between Product, Sales, and Marketing — ensuring every function is aligned and launch-ready ahead of go-live.
Content & Storytelling
- Translate technical product capabilities into clear, compelling narratives that work across formats and channels.
Performance & Customer Insight
- Define success metrics for launches and ongoing product marketing efforts; analyze performance data and iterate to maximize results.
- Serve as the voice of the customer internally — gathering and relaying feedback that shapes product development and strategy.
Proven track record in B2B product marketing, ideally within a SaaS or software provider environment.- Ability to operate effectively across a broad portfolio of products and manage multiple go-to-market initiatives simultaneously.
- Ability to synthesize complex information (regulatory landscape, product capabilities, competitive dynamics) into sharp, buyer-relevant narratives.
- Strong strategic mindset paired with a hands-on approach to execution and storytelling.
- Organized and structured; able to manage multiple workstreams without dropping detail
- Proficient in AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT) as day-to-day productivity amplifiers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level); German proficiency is a plus.
- Genuine interest in sustainability, technology, and enabling companies to grow responsibly through innovation.
