Germany is still early for Intric, which means whoever takes this role is building the market, not inheriting it. You'd own your pipeline and your deals from the start, selling to German local governments and public sector organisations that are working out how to adopt AI in a way that fits their rules and their culture.
There is already a colleague working the German market and customers on the ground, but the team in Berlin is just getting started. The expectation is that you work things out and move, not that you wait for direction. You will have the product, customer proof, and colleagues who have been doing this, but there is a lot of ground still to cover.
What you'll do
Build your own pipeline from scratch. You find the right contacts in German local governments and public sector organisations, work out how to reach them, and keep new conversations moving consistently.
Carry deals from first contact to close. Discovery, proposal, procurement process: you own the full cycle and the outcome.
Run discovery with public sector buyers. You develop a real understanding of how German local governments and institutions think about AI, and you handle hard questions without needing someone in the room with you.
Grow your accounts over time. First deals are the start; you spot where a customer can go further and make that case.
Help shape how Intric sells in Germany. What works here will not be identical to Sweden, and figuring that out is part of the job. What you learn becomes part of how the team operates.
Who you are
You do not wait to be handed leads, you go and find them
You are comfortable working out what needs doing without a playbook, and you flag when you need something rather than waiting to be checked on
Long sales cycles with multiple stakeholders do not frustrate you; you find ways to keep momentum without forcing it
You are curious about AI and how public organisations actually adopt it, not just how to talk about it
You want real ownership early and you have the drive to run with it
You are fluent in German; that is a hard requirement for this role
Why join
The Berlin team is being built now, which means you are one of the first people in the room. Intric already has customers in Germany and a product with a real track record in Sweden, so you are not selling an idea.
The market here is early enough that whoever shapes it now will have done something that actually matters. Compensation includes a base salary and uncapped commission, so your results translate directly into what you earn.
We work from the Berlin office because that is how a team building from scratch moves fast, with flexibility when life requires it.
About Intric
Europe's public sector is facing its biggest challenge in generations. A shrinking workforce must deliver more services to more people, and the gap grows every year. Intric exists to close it. We bring modern AI to the organisations that keep society running, and in doing so, we're defining how public services will work for decades to come.
We value ownership, high standards, and thoughtful execution. Titles matter less than contribution. If you see something that can be improved, you take initiative. If something is unclear, you ask questions. If a customer faces a challenge, you lean in.
We combine ambition with collaboration. We move fast, but we care deeply about doing things right. As we continue scaling across Europe, every team member plays a meaningful role in shaping both the company and the culture.
