Description
We are seeking a talented, ambitious and commercially minded individual with account management and consultative sales experience to join the EU Art & Antiques marketplaces division. Working closely with the Head of Art & Antiques, you will be responsible for managing and growing revenue across a portfolio of auctioneer clients. This role will be based in our Berlin Offices and will primarily support clients using the Lot-Tissimo marketplace, part of ATG (Auction Technology Group).
As a Client Success Manager at ATG, you will play an important role in supporting client retention, revenue growth and platform adoption across your portfolio. You will build strong relationships with clients and help them maximise the value of ATG’s marketplaces, software and marketing solutions.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable working with a range of stakeholders and building trusted client relationships within a fast-paced technology or marketplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and develop relationships with Art & Antique auction house clients within your portfolio.
Support the growth and retention of accounts, contributing to consistent revenue performance.
Identify commercial opportunities including upsell, cross-sell and increased platform utilisation.
Drive revenue by selling ATG’s digital and print marketing products, supporting year-on-year growth.
Drive adoption and sales of ATG’s flagship White Label software.
Drive adoption of timed auctions
Work with clients to develop strategies that support their business objectives.
Analyse client performance and adoption data to identify growth opportunities and potential churn risks.
Lead regular client check-ins, auction reviews and performance discussions.
Support resolution of client issues and work with internal teams to ensure strong service delivery.
Conduct Quarterly Business Reviews with key clients, ensuring ATG’s updates are relayed as well as insightful auctioneer data
Collaborate with the Head of A&A and senior team members on strategic client meetings and presentations.
Advocate for clients internally while working closely with Sales, Product, Client Services and Finance teams.
Share industry insights, ecommerce best practices and product updates to help clients grow their businesses.
Key Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in account management, client success or consultative sales.
Demonstrated ability to support revenue growth through retention, upsell and cross-sell.
Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills, with the ability to interpret performance data.
Minimum 3 years’ experience working within a technology, SaaS, ecommerce or online marketplace business.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build strong client relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
Self-motivated, proactive and collaborative across cross-functional teams.
Interest in technology and its role in driving business growth.
Willingness to travel to visit clients and attend industry events.
Fluent in German & English (essential)
Fluent in French (desirable)
Experience working with Salesforce (desirable)
Proficient and comfortable working with Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace
