Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams am Standort Renningen suchen wir einen engagierten EHS Site Manager (m/w/d), der die Weiterentwicklung von Umwelt‑, Gesundheits‑, Sicherheitsstandards in unserem Werk vorantreibt.
In dieser fachlich anspruchsvollen Rolle stellen Sie sicher, dass alle gesetzlichen und internen Anforderungen erfüllt werden und leisten einen zentralen Beitrag zur Standort‑Compliance sowie zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer EHS‑Kultur.
Ihre Aufgaben:
Sicherstellen der Einhaltung aller EHS‑Gesetze, Vorschriften und Unternehmensstandards am Standort
Umsetzung und Weiterentwicklung der lokalen EHS‑Strategie in Abstimmung mit dem Leadership‑Team sowie regionalen und nationalen EHS‑Funktionen
Fachliche Beratung der Standortleitung zu EHS‑relevanten Entscheidungen und Teilnahme an lokalen Leadership‑Meetings
Planung, Priorisierung und Überwachung des EHS-Budgets
Erstellen von EHS‑Berichten, Kennzahlen und Präsentationen
Zusammenarbeit mit internen Schnittstellen, insbesondere Process Safety, zur Erfüllung aller sicherheitsrelevanten Anforderungen
Unterstützung bei Audits und Koordination von Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung des EHS‑Managementsystems
Ihr Profil:
Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich EHS, Arbeitssicherheit, Umweltmanagement, Ingenieurwesen, Chemie oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
Mehrjährige Erfahrung im EHS‑Umfeld, idealerweise im Industrie‑ oder Produktionsumfeld
Fundierte Kenntnisse der deutschen Arbeitsschutz- und Umweltgesetzgebung
Analytische und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise – auch bei komplexen Themenstellungen
Hohe Eigenständigkeit, Kommunikationsstärke und die Fähigkeit, verschiedene Stakeholder zu überzeugen
Gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
Bereitschaft zu gelegentlichen Dienstreisen innerhalb Deutschlands
