We're looking for a CTO to join as a core member of the founding team and own the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our world-model stack. You'll work directly alongside our founders — spanning physics-priors neural networks, SE(3)-equivariant RL, sim-to-real robotics, and large-scale ML systems — to turn a strong research thesis into a fleet-scale product. This is a hire we expect to sit at the center of fundraising, hiring, and technical strategy from day one.
Own the end-to-end technical architecture for a physics-grounded world model trained via self-play RL, spanning simulation, sim-to-real transfer, and real-world rollout recalibration
Build and lead a world-class research and engineering team, starting with our Founding Research Scientist (World Models & Self-Play) and Sim-to-Real Research Engineer hires
Make and defend architecture-level bets: simulation stack (Isaac Sim/Lab, MuJoCo), training infrastructure, cross-embodiment generalization, and evaluation methodology
Represent OMN4I's technical thesis to investors, technical advisors, and the research community — with the rigor to withstand expert scrutiny
Partner with the CEO on fundraising, competitive positioning, and public technical content (blog posts, benchmark releases)
Set technical culture and hiring bar as the team scales post-seed
Deep expertise in physics-grounded world models, model-based RL, or self-play systems — published research, applied production experience, or both
Track record leading technical teams, not just contributing individually — you've hired, mentored, and made resourcing calls under real constraints
Entrepreneurial instinct: comfortable with ambiguity, pre-product-market-fit decision-making, and moving faster than a research lab timeline
Fluency in the current physical AI landscape — imitation learning, VLA approaches, and where self-play and physics priors offer genuine differentiation, not just narrative
Experience with sim-to-real transfer and/or robotics deployment is a strong plus
Comfortable operating in a small, high-trust founding team where technical calls are made fast and owned fully
