Mechanical Engineer:
TXT e-Tech is looking for Mechanical Engineers to be involved in international projects in collaboration with Airbus, operating in highly complex Aerospace and Defence environments.
The selected candidates will work within multidisciplinary and international teams, contributing to the development, analysis and support of mechanical solutions throughout the entire product lifecycle.
Main Activities
Development and validation of mechanical design solutions
Support to design, industrialization and production processes
Structural, functional or system analyses supporting engineering activities
Use and continuous improvement of design methods, tools and processes
Collaboration with interfacing disciplines (manufacturing, quality, systems, test)
Support to technical documentation and compliance with industry standards and requirements
Contribution to continuous improvement, standardization and quality initiatives
Required Technical Skills
Experience in mechanical design
Knowledge of CAD / DMU tools (CATIA, 3DEXPERIENCE or equivalent)
Familiarity with design methods, processes and standards
Ability to work with technical documentation and requirements
At least 3 years of experience in mechanical engineering roles
Experience in Aerospace, Defence or complex industrial environments
Ability to work autonomously on structured technical activities
Team-oriented mindset in multidisciplinary and international contexts
Analytical, structured and solution-oriented approach
Behavioural Skills
Strong sense of ownership and accountability
Effective technical communication with multidisciplinary stakeholders
Ability to work in complex and regulated environments
Collaborative attitude and strong team-working skills
Education
Degree, Bachelor’s or Master’s
Degree in Mechanical Engineering
