If you want to work in product teams and be responsible for your own support cases or key accounts, Text Control is the place for you.
- Provide technical support for our products including TX Text Control, TX Spell and DS Server via email, live chat and in phone calls.
- Reproduce problems and discuss them with development teams.
- Contribute to product development based on problems and feature requests.
- Act as an interface between the requirements of the customer and the development teams.
- Excellent ability to communicate - English is required.
- Development experience in one or more programming languages (C++, C# or JavaScript).
- Ability to work independently and in small teams.
- Work self-motivated.
- Software testing experience.
