Contributing to the day-to-day operations of the People & Culture team, with a focus on HR Operations
Ensuring the smooth and digital execution of administrative HR processes across the entire employee lifecycle
Maintaining, managing, and updating employee and contract documentation in digital systems
Structuring, organizing, and continuously improving the digital HR filing system
Maintaining and updating employee data in HR systems
Preparing and compiling documentation for internal HR processes
Coordinating appointments and providing organizational support for internal alignment
Supporting organizational and administrative topics within the People & Culture function
Initial experience in an administrative role, within an HR environment, or in office management is an advantage
Ideally, experience in the digitalization, standardization, or optimization of HR processes
A structured and detail-oriented way of working
Strong organizational skills and a keen eye for detail
Proficiency in common office tools (e.g., MS Office) and HR systems (e.g., HiBob)
Reliability and discretion when handling sensitive data
Strong communication skills in German and English
