Working Student – Quality Specialist (Part‑Time)
20 hours per week (Fixed days Monday–Thursday, 9:00 AM–2:00 PM CET)
Hamburg – onsite required
German & English language required
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, analytical, and technically minded Working Student to join our team as a Quality Specialist, supporting the accuracy, reliability, and delivery of our Digital Content Products.
This role will primarily focus on the German market, with opportunities to support additional international markets over time. The position is onsite at our customer location in Hamburg during the stated working hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough testing, validation, and monitoring of data and delivery processes for Digital Content Products, primarily for the German market
- Perform technical quality assurance checks on streaming census and panel measurement data using digital devices (e.g. Android and iOS)
- Monitor data outputs and final client deliveries to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve existing processes, enhance products, and support the rollout of new measurement technologies
- Act as the primary point of escalation for quality and monitoring queries within the team
- Document and maintain quality assurance procedures and operational processes
- Support client calls and onsite meetings related to data quality and monitoring, conducted in German
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience
- Fluency in German and English (written and verbal) is essential
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail and problem‑solving ability
- Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel (or similar data tools)
- Understanding of digital products; knowledge of digital tagging and analytics measurement technologies is an advantage
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with confidence working across teams
- Previous experience in a client‑facing or client support role is beneficial
- Ability to manage tasks and documentation through to completion with a structured approach
