Protecting what matters most
At Britax Römer, we’ve been protecting children on the road since 1966. Our mission is to provide safe, comfortable, sustainable, and easy-to use child mobility solutions. From our very first child car seat to today’s innovative range, we’ve helped protect millions of children around the world on their journeys.
With over 50 years of industry leadership, we’re proud to empower parents through our expertise – giving them the confidence and peace of mind to enjoy smooth, safe family travel every day. Our products deliver premium safety, comfort, and quality at every stage of childhood, from newborn to 12 years.
Our European headquarter in Leipheim is home to a dedicated team working together to drive innovation and uphold the highest standards of safety and quality.
Driven by our values – Care, Trust, and Curious – we continuously strive to improve and make a positive impact, not only by protecting children but also the world they grow up in.
Now, we’re looking for a motivated Marketing Coordinator DACH (m/f/d) to join our Marketing team.
Whether you’re a recent graduate or have already gained some first practical experience through internships, working student roles or a first job — this is a great opportunity to start your marketing career and develop your skills across brand, digital and trade marketing.
From day one, you’ll contribute to campaigns, product launches, social media activities, influencer collaborations and events across the DACH region. You’ll work closely with experienced colleagues and gradually take ownership of your own projects and activities.
What you’ll do
Working closely with our Marketing Lead DACH, you’ll support the planning and delivery of marketing activities across Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
You’ll combine creative marketing projects with hands-on coordination and organization — helping ensure that campaigns, content, events and promotional materials are delivered smoothly on time and in line with our brand.
Your tasks will include:
- Supporting the day-to-day operations of the DACH Marketing team, including budget tracking, invoice management and vendor coordination
- Managing purchase orders, procurement processes and the logistics of marketing materials
- Coordinating giveaways, POS and promotional materials including local production, distribution and event logistics
- Supporting brand campaigns, product launches and promotional activities across the DACH region
- Collaborating with our Creative, Web and Digital teams to support digital campaigns and keep website and marketing content up to date
- Coordinating translations and proofreading for campaigns, product launches and website updates
- Supporting the organization of local photo and video shoots
- Planning, scheduling and publishing social media content for our DACH markets
- Conducting image and influencer research, coordinating influencer collaborations and supporting community engagement
- Developing and implementing ideas for social media activities and events
- Collaborating with selected trade partners on dedicated social media activities
- Supporting the preparation and delivery of product training sessions, including filming and documentation
- Collaborating with Sales, Finance, Procurement and Supply Chain to ensure smooth marketing operations
What you bring
We’re not looking for someone who already knows everything — we’re looking for someone who is curious, organized and eager to learn.
What helps you succeed in this role:
- A degree or comparable qualification in Marketing, Communications or a related field
- A strong interest in brand marketing, digital marketing, social media and events
- First practical experience through internships, working student roles or academic projects is a plus, but not essential
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- A structured, detail-oriented and proactive way of working
- A creative mindset and a hands-on approach
- Confidence in coordinating multiple tasks and working with different teams
- Fluent in German and English; another European language is a plus
- Good MS Office skills; experience with SAP or marketing management tools is beneficial
- Some experience with image and video editing tools or social media management platforms is an advantage
- Motivation to learn and grow in a dynamic, international environment
You don’t tick every single box? That’s okay — we’d still love to hear from you.
What you can expect
- A great entry point into brand, digital and trade marketing
- Exposure to campaigns, product launches and marketing activities across the DACH region
- Hands-on experience with social media, influencer marketing and events
- Learning and development opportunities alongside experienced colleagues
- Early responsibility and the opportunity to gradually take ownership of your own projects
- A hybrid working model with flexibility
- An international environment with meaningful products and strong brands
- A collaborative culture built on our values: Care, Trust and Curious
- A team that supports your growth and ideas
Most importantly: your work will contribute to products that help protect children and support families every day.
