Wir verstärken unser Team und suchen ab sofort für unsere Finanzbuchhaltung (m/w/d) unbefristet in Vollzeit (40 Std./Woche) an unserem Firmensitz in München.
Deine Rolle:
Als Senior Finanzbuchhalter bist Du ein wichtiger Teil unserer internen Abläufe und gleichzeitig nah am Kunden. Du sorgst dafür, dass Prozesse rund um Kundenbetreuung, KYC und Auftragsabwicklung reibungslos funktionieren.
Du unterstützt das bestehende Team bei der Prüfung, Kontierung und Verbuchung der laufenden Geschäftsvorgänge in der Finanzbuchhaltung.
Du erstellst Auftragsbestätigungen, Lieferscheine und Rechnungen für unsere Kunden und Partner und unterstützt bei der Vorbereitung, Erstellung und Nacharbeit der monatlichen Abrechnung.
Du überwachst die offenen Posten und kümmerst dich um das Forderungsmanagement.
Du bist an der Gestaltung eines aussagefähigen Berichtswesens beteiligt und unterstützt das bestehende Team bei der Erstellung von Monats-, Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen.
Das bringst Du mit:
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Studium oder eine vergleichbare kaufmännische Ausbildung, sehr gerne mit mehrjähriger Berufserfahrung in der Finanzbuchhaltung und/oder Controlling
Verwaltung von Debitoren und Kreditoren und des Bankwesens
Betreuung der Anlagenbuchhaltung
Zentrale Ansprechperson für Steuerberater, Wirtschaftsprüfer und internes Controlling
Einschlägige Erfahrung im Accounting eines schnell wachsenden Unternehmens, sehr gerne mit Vorkenntnissen im Payment-/Tech-Umfeld
Einschlägige ERP-Expertise, bevorzugt in NetSuite, sowie sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS-Office
Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie Englischkenntnisse
