The Integration Program Director will oversee a strategic program comprising several critical projects supporting NewCold in Germany. The role is designed to ensure that all projects are aligned, adequately governed, and executed in a coordinated way, while providing a strong senior operational leadership presence to accelerate progress, remove roadblocks, and support decision-making.
The scope includes the management and coordination of major transformation and growth initiatives such as acquisitions, integration of acquired businesses, implementation of interim logistics solutions, and cross-project customer engagement where required.
What will you do?
Program Leadership & Governance
- Lead and oversee a strategic program made up of multiple projects critical to the growth and expansion of NewCold in Germany.
- Ensure all projects are aligned with the broader business objectives, growth priorities, and operational requirements of the company.
- Establish robust program governance, including clear milestones, reporting routines, escalation mechanisms, and decision-making processes.
Monitor overall program progress, risks, interdependencies, and resource needs across the different workstreams.

Acquisition & Integration Management
- Coordinate program activities related to acquisitions and the integration of existing entity.
- Support the design and execution of post-acquisition integration plans, ensuring operational continuity and alignment with NewCold standards.
- Partner with operational, development, and cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and sustainable integration outcomes.
- Identify and manage potential risks linked to integration, change management, stakeholder alignment, and execution.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with teams from the operational and development organizations to ensure cohesive execution across projects.
- Foster strong collaboration across functions, geographies, and leadership levels.
- Ensure transparency, regular communication, and timely reporting to relevant stakeholders.
Who are we looking for?
- Proven experience as Integration Program Director, preferably in complex integration projects involving multiple companies or business units.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Analytical mindset and problem-solving skills to identify potential issues and devise practical solutions.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Experience in change management and guiding teams through transitional periods is desirable
- Fluent in English and German, any other European languages is a plus.
Job location can be Rheine or Heppenheim / Frankfurt.
