We are seeking an exceptional Assistant to the Creative Director who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and is passionate about music, entertainment, branding, and artist development.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate the Creative Director’s calendar, meetings, and appointments.
- Assist with planning, organizing, and executing music releases, promotional campaigns, and creative projects.
- Coordinate communication with the artist, producers, designers, media partners, and external stakeholders.
- Support social media content planning and brand development initiatives.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation.
- Conduct industry research, trend analysis, and competitive monitoring.
- Assist during recording sessions, video productions, events, and live performances when required.
- Handle administrative and organizational tasks with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Monitor project deadlines and ensure smooth workflow across multiple initiatives.
Qualifications
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Interest in the music, entertainment, and creative industries.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Adobe Photoshop and project management tools.
- Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing is an advantage.
- Previous experience as an executive assistant, project coordinator, or within the entertainment industry is preferred but not mandatory.
- High level of discretion, reliability, and professionalism.
