About the role
We're looking for a curious, driven Program Architect to join our team. You'll work closely with our internal program team and support across a range of responsibilities and projects — from AI transformation and workforce enablement to operational efficiency and organizational change — depending on partners needs.
We're looking for early-career consultants with strong growth potential — generalists rather than specialists, and future successors who can develop into the next level of seniority over time.
This means you won't be siloed into one function — you'll get exposure to AI transformation strategy, operations, workshop facilitation, and partner management from day one.
What you’ll do:
What we're looking for:
-
1–3 years of experience in consulting, professional services, or another fast-paced analytical role
-
Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
-
Solid business acumen and consultative approach
-
Able to create clear, partner-ready workshop materials
-
Experience with (or strong interest in developing) workshop facilitation skills
-
Comfortable with ambiguity and a fast-changing scope of work
-
A genuine generalist mindset — you're energized by variety, not thrown off by it
-
Strong ambition to grow into a more senior role over time, with a genuine interest in long-term development
-
Excellent written and verbal communication in German and English
-
Bachelor's degree in any field (we care more about how you think than what you studied)
-
Side projects or self-directed initiatives are a plus — we would love seeing what you built on your own time
Key capabilities:
-
Data and AI fluency (especially Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot)
-
Analytical thinking
-
Critical thinking and problem-solving
-
Project management
-
Communication and stakeholder management
What we offer:
-
Direct mentorship from experienced program leads — no getting lost in a big firm
-
A clear, supported path toward the next career level
-
Fast-tracked responsibility, client exposure across variety of industries and problem types
And to make work even more enjoyable:
-
30 days of paid leave annually (based on a five-day working week)
-
Personal development budget
-
Company pension scheme ("Betriebliche Altersvorsorge")
-
Possibility for mobile work (up to 50% of the working time)
-
Possibility for remote work, also outside of Germany, for up to six weeks in total annually
-
Regular team offsites, team events and parties
-
Employee Benefits like Urban Sports Club or shopping vouchers
