Key Responsibilities

Planning and optimization of work processes, process sequences, production resources, and standard times for manufacturing and assembly, taking into account interdependent processing operations

Rough, detailed, and fine planning of new or modified manufacturing processes based on industrial engineering, production technology, and economic principles

Integration of production planning into the ERP system, including coordination of relevant planning parameters with specialist departments

Preparation of target/actual comparisons, capacity analyses, schedules, and investment overviews
-
Review of technical documentation for optimal feasibility, including additions or corrections if necessary
-
Control and monitoring of production trials and implementation of new manufacturing processes
-
Documentation of manufacturing workflows, including machine setup data
-
Determination of standard times, optimal batch sizes, and implementation of inspection specifications
-
Optimization of production times, introduction of efficient processes, and continuous process improvement
Qualifications & Education
-
Completed technical training (e.g., technician, master craftsman, or comparable) or a degree such as Dipl.-Ing. (FH) in Mechanical Engineering with a focus on manufacturing, production, or process engineering

Solid knowledge of industrial engineering methods (e.g., REFA, MTM) and manufacturing technologies
-
Experience in design, component development, or production engineering is an advantage
-
Practical experience with ERP systems in production planning

Analytical, structured, and self-reliant working style, along with strong teamwork skills
