About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Administrator to join our growing team. In this role, you will support IT infrastructure operations, manage customer environments, and contribute to exciting IT projects. Key Responsibilities
- Provide IT technical support to customers both remotely and on-site.
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day IT administration tasks.
- Act as the primary technical contact for assigned customer projects.
- Support the planning, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure projects.
- Administer Microsoft and Linux environments.
- Maintain and support Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networks, backup solutions, and monitoring systems.
- Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and system-related issues.
- Ensure reliable and secure IT operations while delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Completed vocational training, degree, or equivalent qualification in Information Technology.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT Administration or IT Infrastructure.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and Windows Server.
- Good understanding of IT infrastructure concepts.
- German language proficiency (B2 or higher).
- English language proficiency (C1 or higher).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Microsoft Azure.
- Knowledge of networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, VLAN, etc.).
- Experience with backup and recovery solutions.
- Familiarity with IT monitoring tools.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities.
