Technische Instandsetzung und Wartung der Bankautomaten der KEBA Group und der entsprechenden Übergabesysteme.
Disponentengesteuerte Erst- und Eskalationseinsätze unterstützt durch eine moderne Handy-App.
Inbetriebnahmen von Bankautomaten bei unseren Kunden in Zusammenarbeit mit den Speditionen.
Schulung der Bankautomaten-Betreuer/Speditionsmitarbeiter/Werte-Transport-Unternehmer (WTU).
Zusammenarbeit mit zusätzlich beauftragten Servicepartnern .
Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung der Gerätequalität durch detaillierte Meldung von Problemen und wiederkehrenden Gerätefehlern.
Damit überzeugst du uns
Abgeschlossene technische Berufsausbildung z.B. in den Fachrichtungen Elektrotechnik, Mechatronik, Automatisierungstechnik etc.
Idealerweise Praxiserfahrung mit Service von SB-Systemen im Bereich Hard- und Software.
sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, sicheres Auftreten, kundenorientiertes Denken, hohe Eigenverantwortung, temporäre Reisebereitschaft.
