Qualifications and Education:
1. Bachelor's degree or higher in Occupational Safety, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field.
2. A minimum of 8 years of professional experience in ISEP(ESH/ERC)-related roles.
3. Possession of professional or nationally recognized certifications in Safety, Hygiene, Environmental or Fire protection is advantageous.
4. Previous ISEP(ESH/ERC) experience in the semiconductor industry, high-tech manufacturing, or large international companies is preferred.
5. Familiarly with Government ESH and fire codes is essential. Global fire codes.(i.e. FM or NFPA) is plus.
Must have experience:
Well-versed in EU, German Federal, and Saxony state regulations, specifically those pertaining to ESH (Environmental, Safety, and Health) and fire protection in Dresden.
Language Skills:
1. Proficient in both German and English.
2. Conversational skills in Mandarin are an advantage
Professional Skills:
Proficient in ISO standards 14001, 14044, 14046, 14064, 14067, and 45001, as well as related ESH management systems.
