Your central role:
- Developing special concepts for occupational pension schemes for medium-sized and large corporate clients and providing direct support to the Executive Board bAV
- Supporting sales teams with complex inquiries by providing in-depth expert advice
- Key account management (major clients/direct clients outside the sales teams)
- Providing consulting and services in the aforementioned customer segment for all sales partners
- Developing product approaches and sales opportunities through intensive monitoring of regulatory and political conditions as well as competition
IHR PROFIL
Your profile:
- Excellent university degree in economics or natural sciences
- Outstanding knowledge and proven practical experience in setting up company pension schemes and outsourcing pension obligations
- Strong customer focus and sales affinity with a high degree of independence
- In-depth knowledge of business management, occupational pension schemes, products/tariffs, and the market
- Confident manner and excellent communication skills, both internally and externally (management level)
