We are seeking a highly motivated and commercially driven Regional Business Development Manager to lead and expand our business across Central Europe and the Middle East within our ostomy care / chronic care portfolio. This new role will be responsible for developing and executing growth strategies, managing distributor networks, and identifying new market opportunities.
Your Responsibilities
Drive revenue growth and deliver sales targets across the CEE & Middle East region, ensuring strong pipeline development and consistent execution
Identify and execute business expansion opportunities
Develop and implement regional growth strategies aligned with a solid business plan
Lead, manage, and optimize distributor network performance across the region, ensuring alignment with company strategy, maximizing efficiency and market impact
Own and deliver accurate forecasting, strategic planning, and performance tracking
Drive profitability and ensure optimal operating margins
Monitor market dynamics, competitive landscape, and regulatory environments to continuously refine strategy and execution
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, regulatory, operations, finance, and legal teams to ensure effective and compliant market execution
Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, distributors, and customers across the region
Represent the company across CEE & Middle East markets through regular travel, client engagement, and industry events (~30%)
Your Profile
5+ years experience in sales/marketing/business development in life science sector
Strong experience in distributor management across different markets. Deep understanding of the mechanics of distributor agreements and incentives programs
Experience in working in international environment, across various cultures and geographies
Demonstrated history of growing penetration within existing accounts and managing those accounts effectively.
Demonstrated track record of identifying, pursuing and securing new business opportunities to contribute to growth of the business
Good understanding of chronic care mechanisms
Fluent in English (German and additional languages relevant to the region are an advantage)
This position may be based in Berlin, Poland or the Czech Republic
