- Durchführung von Spendereignungsuntersuchungen
- Aufklärung von Spendenden über den Ablauf der Plasmaspende sowie mögliche Risiken
- Ärztliche Betreuung und Überwachung während der Spende
- Sicherstellung eines reibungslosen und sicheren Spendeablaufs
- Approbation als Arzt / Ärztin
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein sowie eine sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
- Teamfähigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
- Kommunikationsstärke und serviceorientiertes Auftreten
- Grundlegende EDV-Kenntnisse
- Familienfreundliche Arbeitszeiten ohne Nacht- und Rufdienste
- Planbare Einsätze (Montag bis Samstag, nach Dienstplan)
- Strukturierte und umfassende Einarbeitung
