You'll take adago's gymnasium into the field, deploying agents directly into the live operations of leading pharmaceutical and chemical companies, turning proof-of-concepts into production systems that practice on a client's actual supply chain and get better with every cycle. This is a technical role, not a slide-deck consulting role: you carry the mathematics and the deployment yourself, and you feed what you learn on-site back into the core product, making adago sharper with every engagement.
Your tasks:
- You take adago's technology into the field, deploying agents directly into the live operations of leading pharmaceutical and chemical companies.
- You turn proof-of-concepts into production systems that practice on a client's actual supply chain and get better with every cycle.
- You carry both the mathematics and the deployment yourself. This is a technical role, not a slide-deck consulting role.
- You feed what you learn on-site back into the core product, making adago sharper with every engagement.
- You own delivery end-to-end and build trust with senior technical stakeholders on the client side.
Your profile:
- Degree in Business Mathematics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative/technical field, with a genuinely strong technical foundation.
- Exceptional problem-solving ability under real-world complexity and ambiguity: the client environment will not simplify itself for you.
- Comfortable working independently inside a client's existing systems and constraints.
- Strong communication skills; able to build trust with senior technical stakeholders while owning delivery end-to-end.
- Willingness to travel and spend extended time on-site with clients.
- Clear growth path toward Principal AI Consultant for those who take on full account and delivery leadership over time.
