For our location in Berlin Kreuzberg we are looking for a full-time technical support employee with perfect knowledge of French.
Your tasks will be:
- Answering technical questions by email/phone
- Analysis of network traces
- Analysis/adjustment of setups/configurations
- Remote maintenance of customer systems
- Competent advice on our product solutions
- Occasional trips to customers and events/trade fairs
- Documentation of products/how to’s/workarounds
Your profile:
- You have experience in VoIP and general telecommunications
- You have extensive PC and network knowledge
- Ideally you know Linux
- You like dealing with customers and you enjoy it
- Native French speaker
- Very good knowledge of English/German spoken & written
- You convince through quick comprehension
- You generally enjoy technical products
