If so, we’re looking for you as a working student (20 hours/week) in our internal sales team (m/f/d) at our Mannheim location.
Your responsibilities:
You create quotes and orders using SAP R/3
You will assist with the maintenance and management of project management (currently in Jira)
You will handle the creation of master data (e.g., items, accounts receivable)
You'll communicate directly with our customers and prospective clients via email and phone regarding quotes and orders
You will assist with the procurement of inventory items
You will be responsible for coordinating with the shipping and logistics departments
You will assist with the management and procurement of office supplies, as well as with office organization
Your Profile:
Ideally, you already have professional experience in sales support or a similar role
You're a good communicator and enjoy customer service
Ideally, you have experience working with CRM systems, sales software, or other relevant tools
You have a knack for organization and the ability to handle multiple tasks at once
You demonstrate initiative, the ability to work well with others, and a commitment to customer success
You have a good understanding of sales processes
