About the role
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative for our team located in Puchheim. On this position you are responsible for the order fulfilment and support of our customers.
We are a strong customer service team with a high focus on delivering a great customer experience. Through expertise, teamwork, and genuine dedication, we make a valuable contribution every day to our mission of "Helping Save Lives."
We are looking to strengthen our customer service team based at our offices in Puchheim location. This is a full-time permanent position (40 hours/week).
Key responsibilities include:
- You provide high quality support and service to Laerdal customers and distributors ensuring high customer satisfaction across customer interactions.
- You are responsible for the entry, processing, and invoicing of customer orders, working together closely with the Sales, Logistics, and Finance departments
- You communicate with our customers via email, telephone and chat
- You advise customers on consumables and prepare quotes
- You handle the timely processing of complaints and sales returns
- You assist customers with onboarding and the use of our web shop and digital self-service solutions
- You contribute with ideas for the continuous improvement of our services
You work with customers from the DACH region and relevant distributors across EMEA

What we are looking for
This position is ideal if you are looking for a more challenging, rewarding and varied role within customer service..
Preferred qualifications:
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or degree and possess min. 3 years of experience within the customer service department and order processing.
- Initial experience in the export sector is an advantage.
- You are motivated by a diverse range of tasks in a dynamic environment and prefer this to purely routine work.
- You work independently and in a structured way, maintaining high quality standards.
- You have a keen sense of customer needs and possess strong communication skills, both over the phone and via email.
- You maintain an overview in complex situations, adopt a solution-oriented approach, and always act with the goal of ensuring high customer satisfaction.
- You have excellent German and English skills; French is a plus but not a requirement.
