Your Responsibilities
- Acting as finance business partner for Operations with responsibility for performance management, efficiency improvements, and cost optimization
- Preparation, coordination, and facilitation of monthly and quarterly business performance reviews, including variance analysis, root cause identification, and tracking of defined action plans
- Support and active contribution to initiatives aimed at improving margins, productivity, and operational excellence across manufacturing functions
- Ownership and further development of the product costing policy in accordance with IFRS requirements, including analysis of cost drivers within bills of materials, routings, and work plans
- Definition, monitoring, and continuous improvement of production-related KPIs to enhance transparency and decision-making quality
- Execution and enhancement of cost center controlling activities within manufacturing and operational areas
- Contribution to annual budgeting, rolling forecasting, and long-term planning processes, including cost centers, product costs, investments, and workforce planning
- Continuous improvement and standardization of reporting processes, ensuring high data quality, transparency, and relevance for stakeholders
- Preparation of monthly management reporting including analysis, interpretation, and clear business commentary to support decision-making
Your qualification
- Completed university degree in Business Administration, Finance, Controlling, Industrial Engineering, or a comparable field of study
- Several years of professional experience in inventory accounting, operations/plant controlling, or production-related controlling in a manufacturing environment
- Strong practical experience with SAP ERP systems (CO-OM and CO-PC required, CO-PA considered an advantage), particularly in controlling and product costing
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills combined with a structured, independent, and detail-oriented working style
- Strong affinity for data, processes, and continuous improvement with a pragmatic and hands-on mindset
- Proven ability to act as a business partner and effectively collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
- High level of initiative, accountability, and ability to work in a dynamic and performance-driven environment
- Fluent written and spoken German and English communication skills
