ISR is accredited by the German authorities as an ‘Anerkannte Internationale Ergänzungsschule’ (International Supplementary School) and by the US accrediting agency Cognia (formerly known as AdvancED). ISR is an IB World School authorized to offer the IB Diploma Programme, and also offers Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) IGCSE courses. The school is a certified member of the Council of International Schools (CIS).
We wish to hire a dedicated and qualified full-time Admissions Employee (m/f/d) to join our dynamic educational institution from Autumn, 2026.
The successful candidate should be outgoing, confident in communicating with a wide range of people and able to build positive relationships quickly. Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset and a flexible approach to work are essential. A general understanding of different school systems and educational pathways would be an advantage.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactively contact interested families, provide relevant information and identify their individual needs.
- Manage and respond to all incoming enquiries from prospective families in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate records in the admissions database and ensure consistent follow-up throughout the enquiry process.
- Conduct school tours during regular school operations and provide personalised guidance on ISR’s educational programs and school community.
- Support prospective families throughout the entire application and enrolment process.
- Represent ISR and present its educational concept at internal and external events.
- Attend and actively support the planning, coordination, and delivery of information sessions, open days, and Saturday Info Days.
- Build positive and trusting relationships with prospective families while ensuring a welcoming and professional experience at every stage
Qualifications
- Completed vocational training or a university degree.
- Previous experience in customer service, client advisory or sales.
- Excellent written and spoken English and German; additional language skills would be an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, service-oriented and approachable manner.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility, reliability and strong organisational skills.
- Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Veracross is an advantage
