Your mission & challenges
You are responsible for building up series production for our new product – from production planning to SOP.
Overall project leadership for industrialization and production build-up through to SOP
Planning the production concept, line layout, investments, and capacities
Steering equipment suppliers, process, and industrialization engineers
Ensuring schedule, cost, and quality targets during ramp-up
Acting as the interface between engineering, quality, procurement, and the plant
What we're looking for
Degree in mechanical engineering, production engineering, industrial engineering, or similar
Several years of experience in industrialization/production ramp-up, ideally of mechatronic products
Experience in project leadership and equipment procurement
Knowledge of lean production and ramp-up management
Assertiveness, a hands-on mentality, and willingness to travel
