Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Account Operations
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers for post-sales support, queries, and complaint resolution.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive communication and service ownership.
- Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status, shipment tracking, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure customer expectations are managed effectively while maintaining high service standards.
Order Management & Processing
- Process and verify customer orders for RF/microwave cable assemblies, connectors, and adapters.
- Manage the complete order lifecycle from order entry to delivery and invoicing support.
- Monitor order progress and ensure timely execution and dispatch.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate closely with warehouse, production, logistics, sales, and finance teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Align delivery schedules with customer commitments and operational capabilities.
- Support resolution of order discrepancies, delays, or special/custom order requirements.
Operations & Reporting
- Maintain accurate records of order status, inventory allocation, shipment tracking, and customer interactions.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives within customer operations and order management processes.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, quality standards, and operational KPIs.
Qualifications
- 0–2 years of experience in customer operations, order management, supply chain, or account management, including order processing and delivery coordination; fresh graduates with relevant skills and strong learning aptitude are also welcome.
- Strong Analytical Skills for efficient problem identification and resolution
- Proficiency in Customer Service and Communication to manage client inquiries and provide excellent support
- Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Exposure to MS Dynamics (MSD) or similar ERP systems is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and German is required; proficiency in any additional languages is advantageous
- Bachelor’s/Master's degree or equivalent in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
