Job Description
Position: Experienced Host Service & Reception
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and assist guests, visitors, or customers in a friendly and professional manner.
- Manage the reception desk and answer phone calls and emails.
- Handle reservations, appointments, or bookings.
- Check guests in and out (for hotels or hospitality settings).
- Provide information about services, facilities, or events.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure excellent customer service.
- Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain records.
- Follow company policies regarding safety, security, and confidentiality.
