We’re looking for Paralegal for Amer Sports’ office in Munich.

What you will be doing

Actively support the legal entity portfolio management in Central Europe (DACH+PL+CZ) in cooperation with local legal counsels and follow up on corporate governance compliance.
Maintain and organize the legal team's document management system, including filing, archiving, and retrieving legal documents, correspondence, and contracts in accordance with applicable retention policies.
Coordinate and liaise with internal departments and external service providers (e.g., notaries, courts, registries, external counsel) to facilitate the timely execution of legal and administrative tasks.
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and proofreading routine legal documents, correspondence, and internal policies under the supervision of qualified legal counsel.
Support the legal team in budget tracking and monitoring, including processing invoices, reconciling external counsel fees, and maintaining records of legal expenditures in coordination with the finance department.
Prepare and coordinate periodic legal reportings within the Amer Sports Group, including consolidating updates from local legal counsels and presenting relevant legal and compliance matters to internal stakeholders.
Perform other duties as assigned from time to time to ensure the smooth operation of the legal team.

What you need to succeed

1-3 years of work experience as a legal assistant or paralegal in a law firm or an international organization.
Experience using contract management systems, compliance systems, and other IT tools (including Claude and Copilot).
Proficient in both oral and written German and English, with excellent communication skills. Additional language skills are a plus.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a hands-on mentality.
Organized and diligent in work habits.
Agile and flexible, able to work in a fast-paced environment where multiple tasks must often be managed in parallel.
A great collaborator with a genuine interest in building networks across the global company.
Technically savvy, particularly in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and web-based tools, and comfortable learning to use new tools.
