Your Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing a comprehensive business development strategy for the Robotics & Drones division.

Identifying and evaluating new market potential, trends, and business opportunities.

Establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships (e.g., technology providers, startups, industry partners).

Responsibility for the commercialization of new products and solutions.

Leading interdisciplinary projects from concept to market launch.

Analyzing competitors as well as market and customer requirements.

Collaborating with internal teams (e.g., Engineering, Sales, Marketing) to ensure optimal implementation of solutions.

Developing go-to-market strategies and supporting the sales team.

Leading and expanding a global, high-performing team in the Robotics & Drones division.
