Purpose of the Job
Collect, analyze, report, and interpret data for use in the development of business strategies and tactics and in subsequent appraisal of results.
Role Summary:
As Data Analyst (m/w/d), you develop and maintain business intelligence solutions, transform complex data into actionable insights, and support strategic product decisions throughout the vehicle lifecycle. Working closely with European and Global stakeholders, you contribute to profitability improvements, product competitiveness, and cross-functional business initiatives.
We want you to:
Develop and maintain a robust BI-driven data infrastructure to support strategic product and profitability decisions
Analyze sales, financial, and product performance data to generate actionable business insights and recommendations
Prepare ad hoc analyses, dashboards, and management reports for the Product Director Office and senior leadership
Support business case evaluations for new vehicle programs and identify opportunities to improve profitability
Conduct product benchmarking and competitive analyses to strengthen market positioning and commercial performance
Coordinate product milestone activities, monitor project progress, and proactively identify risks and bottlenecks
Support Product Committee meetings by preparing decision-making materials and performance analyses
Collaborate closely with R&D, Design, Procurement, Plants, Product Management, and Global HQ on cross-functional initiatives
Contribute to corporate governance processes by providing reliable data and analytical support for strategic product decisions
Promote effective information sharing and alignment across European and Global teams
About you:
University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a comparable analytical role
Strong experience building reports and dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Solid knowledge of data analytics, data mining, and performance reporting
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to transform complex data into actionable business recommendations
Experience supporting cross-functional projects and strategic decision-making in an international environment
Excellent project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Open-minded, proactive, and solution-oriented with a willingness to challenge existing approaches
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively across multicultural teams
Fluent in English; additional European languages or Korean are an advantage
