This role is not about babysitting a roadmap but turning the product itself into our best sales channel — removing friction, driving activation, and making users fall in love before they ever talk to sales.

Own the PLG strategy: activation, onboarding, habit loops, and expansion

Turn data into decisions — define metrics, run experiments, kill what doesn't work

Work directly with Engineering, Design, and Data in a fast-moving Agile setup

Identify and remove every drop of friction in the consultant and client journey

Collaborate with Sales and Management to align product motions with revenue

2+ years of PM experience, ideally at a marketplace or SaaS company

You know what PLG actually means and have shipped it

Sharp analytical skills: you live in dashboards and trust numbers over opinions

Strong English both written and spoken (C1 minimum)

Based in or willing to relocate to Berlin for an onsite role
