We are currently looking for a (Senior) Technical Program Manager / Project Director in Rosenheim, Germany (hybrid working model) to lead the development of a portfolio of programs/platforms and be an integral contributor to our organizational transformation.
What you will do:

Your main responsibility is to manage an antenna development program/portfolio of programs/projects starting with a business opportunity through mass production.

Drive systematic improvement in processes, infrastructure/tooling, and workflows along with the wider adoption across EAS.

Actively develop a program management talent pipeline.

Be an integral part of building a high performing PMO organization.
The skills you bring:

An engineering background with solid experience as a technical lead, system architect, or technical project/program manager.

Strong sense of ownership, self-motivation and resourcefulness.

Solid strategic thinking AND deep-dive capabilities.

Excellent problem-solving capabilities.
-
Excellent communications skills, be it at executive level or discussing technical trade-offs in product development with engineers.

Ability to coach, challenge and develop individuals, teams and organizations.

Demonstrated ability in managing complex product development programs throughout their complete lifecycle is highly desirable.

Proficiency in German is a plus.
