We are looking for a hands-on AI software developer to build and implement AI-powered tools, workflows, and internal projects.
This is an execution-focused role. The focus is not AI strategy, content creation, or theory.
We need someone who can take an idea, understand the problem, build a working solution, test it, and improve it.
The Job
- Build and implement AI-powered tools, automations, and workflows.
- Develop practical software solutions using AI APIs, automation tools, integrations, and backend logic.
- Extend existing systems and workflows with AI features.
- Work with internal teams to understand needs and turn them into usable technical solutions.
- Build prototypes quickly and improve them into reliable working tools.
- Connect AI tools with existing platforms, databases, APIs, and internal processes.
- Write, test, and ship clean, functional code.
- Document solutions clearly so other team members can understand and use them.
- Independently research new tools, technologies, and approaches when needed.
The Individual
- Real hands-on experience building AI-based projects.
- A portfolio, demo, GitHub repository, or other proof of work is required for the application.
- Solid programming skills and the ability to write and ship code.
- Experience with projects such as: AI APIs and automation, backend logic, databases, server-side applications, Internal tools, workflow automation, integrations between different systems, and AI agents, assistants, or custom AI workflows.
- Ability to understand existing workflows and improve them with AI.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain technical topics clearly in English.
- A fast learner who can independently explore new technologies.
- Someone practical, curious, and solution-oriented.
