Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
As a Central Sales & Marketing Operations IGP, you will help to scale AI-supported process automation across the Infineon G2M organization.
Your program consists of the following elements:
- Learn and apply Infineon’s Project Management methodologies by being part of Infineon’s Sales & Marketing operations team in Munich

Join different teams, task forces or projects to test and implement the automation of business processes e.g. with focus on Case Management, Sales Performance management or Infineon’s Global G2M Partner Management

Create your network into Divisions & Sales Segments by a close exchange with global or regional Product Management, Account Management or G2M Partner Management on their requirements and business needs

Experience the sales operations work in our Automotive Sales Segment & support the introduction of a new Sales Planning process & tool

Embark on two international assignments

- Degree in business, engineering, computer science or similar
- Proven experience on project management, process design or data-analytics by building on agentic AI capabilities
- Strong interest on driving change in organizations
- Demonstrating passion on testing and trying out new use cases and challenging achieved outputs from customer or stakeholder perspective
- Structured, pragmatic approach; able to clarify ambiguous requirements
- Excellent English communication and confidence presenting concepts to managers, German is a plus
- Proactive team player, comfortable working with diverse global teams
- Willingness to complete international assignments
