As a Senior Retail Marketing Partner (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the retail marketing strategy for a specific region and will ensure that all marketing activities contribute measurably to regional business goals. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to Sales and Commercial teams and ensure that marketing initiatives translate into tangible results.
In particular, you will
- Develop and oversee the integrated regional retail marketing strategy across the entire customer journey
- Create location-specific annual marketing plans - taking into account global guidelines, regional business objectives, and space and budget constraints
- Prioritize, orchestrate, and manage the impact of marketing initiatives based on business impact
- Select the appropriate marketing mix, hand it off to relevant departments, monitor marketing performance using defined KPIs, and derive and implement optimization measures
- Act as a strategic sparring partner for sales and location managers, evaluate and share best practices, and scale successful approaches
- Analyze market trends and customer data, derive innovative activation measures, and make their impact transparent (KPIs, learnings, optimization)
- Orchestrate cross-functional projects and activations (including with Store Development, Commercial, Sales, and local marketing leads)
- Manage project teams without direct supervisory authority and assume budget responsibility within the project context
