Your mission & challenges
The Group’s IT team consists of more than 20 colleagues and supports over 1,200 users. You will be part of the 10-person IT team at the parent company and work closely with the Service Desk and our M365 Cloud Engineer. You don’t work strictly by the book, but you take initiative when you notice something isn’t going smoothly.
Endpoint Administration (Windows/macOS/iOS/Android): Enroll, configure, and secure devices in MS Intune – including rollout and device replacements.
Operate the device lifecycle: Handle device returns, perform secure resets/data wipes, refurbish devices, and provide “ready-to-deploy” equipment; maintain asset and inventory data.
Identity & Access Support (Entra ID): Perform MFA resets and device re-registration, maintain users and groups, set up guest access, and assign licenses.
Collaboration Support (Teams/SharePoint): Provide end-user support for Microsoft Teams, manage permissions/sharing in SharePoint/OneDrive, and troubleshoot issues.
Processes & quality: Contribute to improving processes (checklists, standards, documentation) and share knowledge with the Service Desk and key users.
What we can look forward to
Solid hands-on experience administering Microsoft 365 and Entra ID (users, groups, MFA, guest access).
Solid experience in endpoint management with Intune (enrollment, profiles/policies, compliance, app deployment).
Strong understanding of Windows; macOS/iOS/Android experience is a plus.
Experience with PowerShell and strong interest in using and enhancing scripts for automation and standardization.
Structured, service-oriented way of working.
Excellent communication skills.
Fluent English, both written and spoken (B2 or higher).
Completed vocational training in IT (or comparable qualification).
