Auftragsabwicklung – Schwerpunkt Projekte/Anlagen (ggf. zusammen mit FCL Verladungen)
Disposition (Organisation von Vortransporten, Buchung, Koordination von Verpackungsaufträgen, Erstellung aller im Vortransport und Seehafen notwendiger Papiere, Zollabfertigung), Dokumentation/Abrechnung
Vertriebstätigkeiten (Kundenbetreuung), Bearbeitung von Frachtanfragen (Einzel + Tender) Erstellung von Offerten
Außendienst (Verpackung / Verladeüberwachung)
Kontakte zu Reedern / Maklern / Kunden / sonstige Dienstleister
Termin / Laufüberwachung
Reklamations und Schadensbearbeitung in Koordination mit dem Claim Management Dept.
Aufmaß kompletter Industrieanlagen zwecks Offerten-Erstellung inkl. transporttechnischer Beratung
Profil
Eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in der Logistik ist Wünschenswert
Berufserfahrung im Bereich Seefracht Projekte Export vorausgesetzt
Wohlfühlen im speditionellen Alltag und Freude an den täglichen Herausforderungen der Logistik
Gute Englischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
Spaß am internationalen Arbeitsumfeld
